You've made it!
If you've worked in a call centre for any length of time you know what the work involves; angry customers, monitoring, targets and overall a stressful job. Some workplaces and great places to work and have plenty of support for their staff, others not so much. Regardless of your work situation it is important that you realise you're not alone.
