I find the repetition is drivng me mad. Sometimes the place can be fun, there are really good people, but I just really dnt see how anyone can do this work for long. Its perfect for young people, do the job, earn some cash and move on and do something else.
We do different campaigns and the script changes a bit, but having someone get angry at me every 5 minutes gets old fast. At the same time this is just the way the job is, you can't expect much
